1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Puro Water Co website ("purowaterco.com") and our water treatment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services Description

Puro Water Co provides whole-home water treatment services including water softener installation, carbon filtration systems, and tankless reverse osmosis systems. All services are performed by licensed and insured professionals in Central Florida.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars and include professional installation unless otherwise stated:

• •Complete Home System (City Water): $2,950 installed
• •Complete Home System (Well Water): $3,750 installed
• •Standalone Tankless RO: $800 installed
• •Pre-Sediment Filter (Add-On): $249 installed

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. A deposit may be required to schedule installation.

4. Service Area

We currently serve 11 ZIP codes across Central Florida: 34786, 34787, 34761, 34711, 34714, 34747, 32827, 32828, 32746, 34756, and 32703. Service outside these areas may be available by special arrangement.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

All systems come with:

• •Manufacturer warranty on all components
• •Workmanship guarantee on installation
• •30-day satisfaction guarantee

Specific warranty terms vary by component and will be detailed in your service agreement.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Puro Water Co and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puro Water Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
