Transparent Pricing
Same price for everyone. City water is $2,950 installed. Well water is $3,750 installed. No negotiation, no upsells, no surprises.
NSF-Certified Equipment
Every component meets NSF/ANSI standards. 50 lbs USA-sourced softening resin, 14 lbs NSF carbon, tankless RO with alkaline remineralization.
No Commissioned Salespeople
Our technicians are on salary. Nobody knocks on your door at dinner time. Nobody lies about their name to get inside your home.
I was born in Florida, left for a bit, then came back to the Orlando area to raise my family. Before Puro, I worked as a beverage director and sommelier, which means I spent years professionally trained to taste wine, to notice when something is off and to understand why. That training isn't specifically for water, but once your palate is sharp, it's hard to un-taste what's wrong with Central Florida's tap.
The decision to build Puro started with a sales rep at my front door at 6 PM, right as I was cooking dinner for my family. She wanted an hour of our time for a "free water test" and a quote, for a system that cost two to four times what I now sell the same equipment for. I didn't need a test. I already knew Central Florida water was hard. I already knew my family deserved better. What I didn't know, until after she left with our personal information and payment details, was that she'd given us a fake name. We only found out weeks later when someone from her company called to follow up on the sale and said, "we don't have a Yolanda working for us."
That was the moment I realized the industry had a problem. A stranger had been in my home, around my kids, taking our information, and lied about who she was. At a premium price. That's not the experience clean water should come with. So I built Puro Water Co. around three ideas that the rest of the industry seems to have forgotten: transparent pricing that's the same for everyone, quality NSF certified equipment, and no commissioned salespeople knocking on anyone's door at dinner time.
Growing up in an Italian-American household, dinner is sacred. I try to continue that with my family. That's also why the company is called Puro, Italian for pure. No one should have to give up an hour of dinner for a sales pitch. Clean water shouldn't require that kind of experience. I'm not trying to build the biggest water company in Florida. I'm trying to build the one I'd actually let into my own home.
